TheFappening Wiki Safety Analysis
TheFappening Wiki scores 3/10 on our safety review as of March 2026. This is a low score for a reason that's more ethical and legal than technical - the platform hosts leaked celebrity intimate imagery, a category that is explicitly illegal in multiple jurisdictions under non-consensual intimate image (NCII) laws including the UK's Online Safety Act 2023 and US state laws in 48 states as of early 2026. HTTPS works and there's no billing trap, but the content category is the safety problem.
We checked thefappening.wiki in March 2026. HTTPS is active. Age verification is a click-through only. No privacy policy we could locate. No account required, no payment. Ad behavior during our test session was highly aggressive: four redirect attempts and one fake security alert overlay in a single browsing session. One redirect attempted to install a browser extension. That ad network behavior is among the worst we encountered across all platforms in this review cycle, which is consistent with platforms whose content model makes them unattractive to legitimate ad networks, leaving them with the bottom tier of ad partners. The .wiki TLD is managed under ICANN but provides no content accountability.
No billing risk from the platform itself. The financial risk is entirely from ad network destinations. The legal risk, however, is real - accessing non-consensual intimate imagery may carry civil liability in jurisdictions with strong NCII laws, and at minimum you're consuming content from people who've described it as a direct harm.
Real talk: we don't score sites on content ethics in most reviews - but TheFappening Wiki is a case where the content IS the safety problem. Accessing the site exposes you to one of the most aggressive ad networks we've tested, content of disputed legality, and potential civil liability in some jurisdictions. As our reviewer noted, 'The 3/10 isn't about the HTTPS certificate - it's about what happens to you legally and technically when you visit.' Avoid this one.
