LustFind respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on or through the Site, please notify our Designated DMCA Agent by sending a written notice ("Takedown Notice") containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit LustFind to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page containing the material).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit LustFind to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is alleged to have been infringed.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located.

Repeat Infringers

LustFind will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or listings that are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

LustFind is not a hosting provider for any of the content linked from our directory. We link to third-party sites, and removal requests for content hosted on those sites must be sent directly to those platforms. However, we will remove listings that link to confirmed infringing material upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.
