We ran PornMD through our safety checklist in March 2026. HTTPS is active on the PornMD domain itself. Age verification is click-through only - a single-page 18+ gate, no identity check. The privacy policy exists and discloses search query logging, which is the non-obvious part: PornMD collects your search terms. That search history, linked to your IP and session ID, is potentially more sensitive data than just browsing a tube because it's intent-explicit. No account creation is required. The ad behavior on PornMD itself is moderate - occasional display ads but not the aggressive pop-under stacks we see on lower-tier tubes.
