We found the technical basics are functional, but the overall data hygiene and ad behavior are sloppy enough to flag. Age verification is a single-click gate with no enforcement mechanism, which is standard for smaller free tubes but worth naming. The privacy policy is thin: it's present, it mentions cookies, and it stops there. No data retention periods, no named ad partners, no opt-out mechanism. On ads, we found auto-play interstitials and one pop-under trigger on second page load. Those aren't inherently malicious, but the ad networks running them have weaker content standards. We also recorded a tracking pixel from a domain that appears in public consent-evasion reports - not a smoking gun, but a yellow flag.
